The information you submit through the enquiry form is used solely to respond to your enquiry, assess which class would be most suitable for you, and communicate with you about joining a class.

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to respond to your direct enquiry about our services. Where you share health information with us, this is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to include it in your message.

Enquiry form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third party form processing service, and delivered to Sophie's email inbox. Formspree is GDPR compliant and processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Once received, your enquiry details are stored in Sophie's email system and any associated notes. We retain your contact details for as long as you are an active client or enquirer. If you do not go on to join a class, your information will be deleted within 12 months of your enquiry.
